Licensing

Afi licensing model is based on per-tenant subscriptions that may include different sets of SKUs - users, storage, etc. A tenant's subscription is managed in scope of one of its parent organizations (usually the root one) so the typical flow to retrieve subscription details is to list all the subscriptions for an organization and locate the subscription of interest by tenant id.

In case of a partner organization, it is responsible for license managament for all its customers and its org_id should be used to list the customer subscriptions.
