Afi Partner Program

Afi SaaS Backup has the partner program for managed service providers (MSPs) and resellers, offering the centralized customer management portal, advanced administration, monitoring and security features, as well as special reseller pricing. To get access to the partner program, please sign up at https://afi.ai/partners and go through (a very short) verification process.

Afi partner portal provides single pane of glass experience of managing all your customer accounts and workloads (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Kubernetes) in the single UI without the need to constantly switch between different customer admininstrator accounts. Advanced access management capabilities allow to granularly configure partner administrator access groups with custom privelege levels tailored to their roles (billing management, monitoring, etc.) and restrict administrator access scope to specific customer accounts.

Afi is committed to successful collaboration with our partners and provides regular training sessions and training materials to ensure that your team stays up to date with the service and takes full advantage of new features. Our account management team provides sales support when you need assistance with acquiring new clients and will be happy to participate in Q&A sessions or arrange a demo/POC for a client.

Afi adopts post-paid monthly billing model for our partners with a single consolidated invoice sent in the end of each month together with detailed reports that contain per customer usage summary and license dynamics during the period. There is no minimal commitment for entering the Afi partner program and Afi doesn't force the partners to sign multi-year agreements so any customer subscription can be cancelled at any time.

As a SaaS backup solution, Afi takes a proactive approach to the service reliability and resiliency, implementing continuous monitoring of service health and activities (backups, restores, etc.), with any issues detected by the Afi monitoring proactively investigated and fixed, in most cases even before they can be noticed and reported by partner administrators. Afi is resilient to Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 API errors and temporary throttling spikes, removing the burden of constantly monitoring the service and investigating transient backup issues from the Afi account administrators. Afi also offers 24/7 technical support working to address all your request from technical configuration and product questions to service issue reports.
