As a SaaS backup solution, Afi implements continuous monitoring for backup, recovery, export, and discovery activities, and is resilient to Google Workspace/Microsoft API errors and temporary throttling spikes, removing the burden of constantly monitoring the service and investigating transient backup issues from the Afi account administrators. Any issues detected by the Afi monitoring functionality are proactively investigated and fixed, in most cases even before they can be noticed and reported by account administrators.
